Chairman, CEO

David P. Dyer is President of Alliance Equities Corporation. He has a degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas and a law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Mr. Dyer is an attorney licensed in Missouri. Dave focuses on strategic planning for AEC. He also oversees investment product research and development as well as interacting with the firm's clients. Outside of work, Dave enjoys skiing, travelling, cycling, golf, and spending time with his three sons.

Alex joined Alliance in 2022 as Vice President. He takes pride in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, and external partners. Prior to joining Alliance, he worked as a systems engineer. In his personal time, Alex enjoys spending time with his 3 children. He has a passion for fitness, cars, hunting and travel.

Jake rejoined Alliance in May 2025 as a Senior Associate, having previously interned with the firm during the Summer of 2019. Before returning to Alliance, Jake worked at a major wealth management firm in New York City where he gained experience in cybersecurity, institutional consulting, operational strategy, and alternative investments. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a passion for fitness, golf, and reading.
